Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out how you may and may not use the Site, community and services of Wright Operations Ltd, trading as Hit The Drop ("HTD", "we", "us", "our"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. By using our community or services you agree to follow this Policy.
1. Eligibility
Our paid services are for adults only: you must be at least 18 years old, as set out in our Terms of Service, and you may only use our services if you can lawfully use the relevant third-party platforms in your country.
2. General principle
Use our community and services lawfully, honestly and with respect for others. You are responsible for your own activity and for complying with the laws and the terms of any third-party platform you use. HTD provides tooling and support; how you choose to use it, and whether your use complies with a given platform's terms, is your responsibility.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or commit any payment fraud;
- engage in chargeback abuse or reverse legitimate payments in bad faith;
- submit personal, account or payment information that is not yours or that you are not fully authorised to provide;
- use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised accounts or identities;
- share, resell, sublicense or expose HTD systems, tooling, credentials or confidential information;
- resell our services without written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to derive the workings of our tooling or systems;
- manipulate, game or abuse our promotional or lottery systems, including through non-genuine success content, automated posting, or multiple or fake accounts;
- harass or abuse staff or other members;
- use the services for any unlawful purpose, or to defraud or harm others; or
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site, community or our infrastructure.
4. Your own accounts and credentials
For raffle and similar services, you are responsible for creating and maintaining your own accounts and credentials on platforms such as Nike and EQL - including email addresses, phone numbers for verification and app passwords - and for keeping them secure and accurate. You must keep your HTD and Discord credentials confidential and must not share access to the community or services with anyone else.
5. Responsible use of proxies
Where proxies are required, you purchase and own your own proxy pools, and you must use them lawfully and in line with applicable platform terms. You must not use proxies to commit fraud, gain unauthorised access to any system, hide unlawful activity, or cause harm. Promotional proxy prizes are provided by third-party proxy providers and are subject to their terms.
6. Responsible use of account generation
Our account generation service (Outlook emails, Amazon, Nike, Pokemon Center and other platforms as added) is provided so that members can take part in retail and reselling activity in an organised way. Amazon account generation is intended for customers who already own compatible botting software; we do not supply botting software. You are responsible for how you use any account we generate and for complying with the terms of the relevant platform. You must not use generated accounts for fraud, identity misuse, or any unlawful purpose.
7. Consequences of breach
If you breach this Policy, we may, depending on the seriousness of the breach:
- issue a warning or require you to stop the conduct;
- suspend or restrict your access to the community or services;
- terminate your membership and any services, in line with the Terms of Service;
- remove you from, and disqualify you from, any promotional lottery and forfeit any prizes; and
- where appropriate, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
We will act proportionately and, where it is fair and practical, give you notice and a chance to put things right before terminating access.
8. Reporting and contact
If you become aware of any misuse of our community or services, or want to ask about this Policy, contact us at admin@hitthedrop.co.uk.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version published on the Site, with its "last updated" date, is the current version, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
